Well what a start to the week. Many thanks, Marc, for getting this going. I have had to ring him and find out how on earth I log on et le voila!! The moral is to look carefully at the instructions at the top of the screen and act accordingly. I shall eventually understand how to use it and even add some pictures perhaps. I am now the third person in the family to blog, D & C and S & E being the others. Everyone enjoys keeping up with them. I am not so sure that our life will be so interesting but I have many of the poems etc. which I have done over the years.
It would be traditional and proper and right to make the comment that the weather is very spring-like today, as it was yesterday. I do not think that information about the weather would make a particularly interesting read and so I shall not mention it. Once back upon the boat it might be of interest since it may determine the direction of the day.
Only a very small offering for the day. It is quite probable that this will replace the daily jottings with which I have filled my computer.
Today Mama fell over again and looks as if she has been in a fight. She is tough, has slept during the day and seems to have recovered somewhat. She will need watching over the next few days. Un-nerving to say the least. Back off up to the boat tomorrow and the reality of working life.

Hi Chris, glad you have begun the blogging so soon after our chat. Keep it up and tell us all about your forthcoming Madrid residency! I'm looking forward to hearing how responsive those Castillian crowds are to Proud Mary and Road to Hell.
Hi Marc we are now in Madrid, beautiful weaather. Crowds amazed by the surgery!
Hi Chris,
Happy Birthday for yesterday, I hope you were treated to a birthday fiesta! Did you do anything special for it? A private viewing at the Prado? Dinner with JC and Sofe? Football lesson from Raul?
